INTERNAL MIXER with Intermeshing rotors
Internal mixers with intermeshing rotor are configured with rotors that interface with each other with an intermeshing effect. The two rotors turn at the same speed. The advantages with this solution are:
- Better filler dispersion
- Higher quality of the final batch
- Better thermal control of the batch
- Shorter mixing cycle

ROLL MILLS
The power transmission system can be configured as single or dual drive in order to better adapt the speed rotation of the cylinders to the viscosity of the rubber compounds

Conical Twin Mixer
The mixer consists of two counter-rotating conical screws within a conical chamber. The mixer is capable of homogenizing a rubber batch discharged from an Internal Mixer and at the same time guarantee the dispersion of the accelerators added directly in the CTM.
The CTM permits the production of the final rubber compound in a single step. This production can be accomplished automatically without manpower, the traditional Mill is no longer necessary.
